WCA/NH Rivers at Nashua Public Library

1.Artist agrees that the artwork shall remain on display at Nashua Public Library, Nashua, NH through the end of the exhibition. The last day of the exhibition shall be May 16, 2024

2. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that Nashua Public Library may display said artwork on their premises in Nashua NH. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by Nashua Public Library and the Women’s Caucus for Art, New Hampshire Chapter (hereby referred to as WCA/NH) to be used for publicity purposes including social media.

3. The artist agrees to follow instructions delivery and return of their work. Failure to retrieve work at the end of the exhibit will result in the work’s ownership transferring to either Nashua Public Library or WCA/NH for sale, auction or other disposal.

4. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others.

5. The Artist agrees that the submitted work is an original work and not a computerized printed copy of an original work by the same artist. Exp. (Giclee or other copying and printing process.)

6. By completing this submission, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that Nashua Public Library has insurance against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on Nashua Public Library premises. Nashua Public Library and WCA/NH does not have and does not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from Nashua Public Library premises by the Artist or any other persons. The Artist further agrees to save and hold Nashua Public Library and WCA/NH harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss.

By submitting to this exhibition, I, the artist, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing release and that I hereby agree to and accept all the terms and conditions stated.

I, the artist, also agree that I have read and agree to all instructions in the WCA/NH Call for Entries and will abide by them.
